Ex-NAFDAC DG Mrs Dora Akunyili made her first public appearance yesterday at the National Conference in Abuja after being off the political scene for a long while. The former minister was going through an undisclosed ailment that nearly claimed her life. Mrs Akunyili confirmed to reporters that she just came out of a major illness but she was well now and just needed time to put on some weight.
Thank God she survived the illness……
