Delta Talent Quest Is Design To Keep Youths From Crime'- RMD

Richard Mofe Damijo popularly known as R.M.D, in the movie industry, presently the Delta State Commissioner for Culture & Tourism o Friday said that the Delta Talent Quest was designed to help curb youth restiveness in the region.

Speaking in an interview with Hip TV, he disclosed that his commission decided to engage the youths with their talents in order to keep them from falling prey to militants.
RMD noted that his commission has strived to make Delta State a mecca of the performing arts in Nigeria by actively funding programs that are  culturally based, which has helped changed the perception of Warri from being the capital of kidnapping in the Niger Delta to being an entertainment capital.
